Who We Help

Psychological care across the lifespan.

We work with children, adolescents and adults — privately, through Medicare, and through the NDIS. You will be matched with a clinician suited to your stage of life and the things you are working through.

Children & Adolescents

Therapy and assessments for young people facing anxiety, low mood, school refusal, emotional regulation difficulties, and the challenges that come with being neurodivergent. We work with families, not around them.

Adults

Therapy and assessments for adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, trauma, and questions about ADHD or autism. Practical, evidence-based, and paced to suit you.

NDIS Participants

Specialist behaviour support and NDIS-funded psychology for participants and their families — delivered in your home in Sydney (Psychology & Behaviour Support), Melbourne/Geelong (Behaviour Support Only), or online anywhere in Australia.
