    Joel Moffat

    Joel is our Principal Supervising Psychologist at Ivy Psychology. He has a specialist endorsement as a Clinical Psychologist and is a Board Approved Supervisor (PsyBa).

    He has over fourteen years of experience working in Disability, Child Protection, Out of Home Care and in forensic and therapeutic settings, including private practice. Joel has experience with children, adolescents, adults and older adults in the areas of behaviour support and clinical psychology.

    Joel currently works with Ivy's Sydney and Melbourne teams.

    Joel is not available for new clients.

    Chad Henney

    Director, and Provisional Psychologist

    Chad works with children, adolescents, and adults, bringing a collaborative approach to his work with clients and their support networks. He is passionate about enhancing quality of life and considers this the most rewarding aspect of his role.

    Chad is completing a Master of Psychology (Clinical) part-time. As Co-Director of Ivy Psychology, an NDIS-registered provider, he manages business operations, leads the behaviour support team, and maintains a caseload of clients. He has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs and has worked in both NDIS and private practice settings. Chad has ample knowledge of NDIS systems and processes, enabling him to navigate funding frameworks effectively and advocate for the best outcomes for clients. He has a keen interest in complex disability, neurodivergence, and the intersection of these with forensic contexts.

    Chad is an active member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and has contributed to multiple APS committees over the past five years, including the Sydney Branch Student Sub-Committee and the ACT Branch Committee. He is currently a committee member of the APS Interest Group for Psychology of Intellectual Disability and Autism and is undertaking the APS Emerging Leaders Program in 2025.

    Francesca Mannucci

    Francesca is a registered Psychologist who holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Professional Psychology. She works across the lifespan adults (including older adults), adolescents, and children, and utilises a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

    With a warm and empathic person-centred approach, Francesca is passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges and flourish. She is driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference and contribute to a healthier and more inclusive society.

    Languages: English and Italian

    Francesca is currently available for new clients, and works from our Randwick clinic on Thursdays.

    Bozena Zawisz

    Bozena has been a practising Psychologist for over two decades. She enjoys helping clients navigate a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, as well as socio-emotional and relationship challenges. Bozena employs an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.

    She also holds additional qualifications in Autism. Bozena is available nationally via telehealth and in Sydney for in-home psychology sessions.

    Bozena is currently accepting new assessments in Sydney and via telehealth.

    Moni’s work is centred on helping individuals gain clarity, self-awareness, and the tools needed to overcome these obstacles.

    She believes mental health goes beyond the mere absence of symptoms—it’s about fostering resilience, nurturing emotional well-being, and enabling individuals to thrive in all areas of life, including relationships, personal growth, and creativity.

    As a clinical psychologist, Moni collaborates with individuals to explore the deeper dynamics of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. By fostering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment, she guides clients in understanding the influences of their unconscious mind and developing strategies to achieve meaningful change. Moni’s approach combines evidence based techniques with a compassionate and tailored perspective, empowering clients to build healthier relationships and live more fulfilling lives.

    Areas of Focus: Depression, Anxiety, Personality Issues, Immigration-Related Issues, Trauma, and Cultural Issues.

    Lisa is a Provisional Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience supporting people of all ages with complex and co-occurring needs.

    She has worked alongside individuals experiencing psychosocial disability, trauma, substance use, homelessness, and workplace injuries.

    Lisa provides therapy, and cognitive and vocational assessments. She also integrates child protection training and LEGO®-Based Therapy in her work with children and families.

    Lisa is passionate about delivering ethical, person-centred and evidence-based care.

    Lisa have availability to support telehealth clients, and in-home NDIS clients.
