Chad works with children, adolescents, and adults, bringing a collaborative approach to his work with clients and their support networks. He is passionate about enhancing quality of life and considers this the most rewarding aspect of his role.
Chad is completing a Master of Psychology (Clinical) part-time. As Co-Director of Ivy Psychology, an NDIS-registered provider, he manages business operations, leads the behaviour support team, and maintains a caseload of clients.
He has extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse and complex needs and has worked in both NDIS and private practice settings. Chad has a keen interest in complex disability, neurodivergence, and the intersection of these with forensic contexts.
Chad is an active member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and completed the APS Emerging Leaders Program in 2025, a national APS initiative that develops the next generation of leaders in psychology through mentoring, governance experience, and advocacy training.
