We are inviting expressions of interest from clinical psychologists and registered psychologists interested in joining Ivy Psychology.

We are an owner-operated, clinical-psychology led practice in Randwick, working with children, adolescents, adults and families across therapy, assessment and NDIS services. Clinicians work from our Randwick clinic, in clients' homes, and via telehealth, with caseloads shaped around your interests and experience.

Reliability. You turn up, you do what you said you'd do, and you finish your reports.

Cultural humility. Ivy works with a wonderfully diverse client group, and we hire clinicians who treat that as a privilege, not a hurdle.

Straightforward communication. We reply promptly, say what we mean, and ask directly for what we need. If something isn't working, we name it early rather than letting it drift.

Weekly individual supervision for provisional psychologists and registrars. Group consultation, formal CPD funding, and the time to actually do it. Joel and senior clinicians are reachable.

Our admin team does intake, scheduling, billing, and chasing reports. You see clients, write notes, and finish your day on time. Not 25 admin tabs.

Behaviour Support Practitioner

Sydney or Melbourne based. Advanced level or higher ideally - we're focused on growing the senior end of the team. Provisional psychologists (5+1 pathway) are welcome to apply if they're already practising at Advanced BSP level.
